Hello Board members,
Thank you all for attending the meeting on Wednesday night, we got a good start on the Jazz in the Garden fund raiser.
This Tuesday 4/19 is the regular Board meeting at the Band Room / Art Room @ 7:00. Technically this is the meeting where we transfer information to the new board members, however there are only a couple of us that still need to transfer information, the rest of you are up and running with your jobs already.
I hope that we can take care of any transfer between board members in the first 15 minutes and then focus on the fund raiser. For those of you that weren’t able to make the last meeting, Diana Pope will be coordinating the silent auction items, please let her know who you have contacted so we don’t have multiple contacts to the same person or business.
I am hoping to have posters printed by Tuesday afternoon. I have also attached the fund raising letter template for you to use, please edit it to fit the business and item that you are requesting.
