Do you want to get involved, but don’t know where to start? Attend our monthly meetings, every first Wednesday of the month, 7 pm, in the band room. Can’t attend the monthly meeting? Then contact a chairperson or director and offer to help. Get on our email list for info, newsletters and texts messages, and always stay connected. Support your student, lend a very needed helping hand, and possibly make a new friend along the way.
Chairperson – Carolyn Mitchell
Description: Assigns uniforms, maintains uniforms, checks out and in uniforms before and after games / competitions, fits and orders tuxes and concert black dresses for winter, helps organize uniform room.
PIT CREW, EQUIPMENT & PROPS
Director – Open
Description: Responsible for organizing the moving of pit instruments for show time, prop/equipment building, maintenance, painting, and general repair, assist our truck driver and students in loading and unloading of band props and equipment, transportation, and setup at football, games, concerts and competitions.

Description: Come join this fun group that helps prepare and serve food to the band. Throughout the year we have a need for food service at competitions, fundraising
events, bake sales, or just providing a treat for students after a game or competition.
